Rust-Oleum recommends testing the product in an inconspicuous area before treating the entire surface. 3. How do you apply Rust-Oleum NeverWet Fabric? NeverWet Fabric is applied in a single step using a trigger spray application. NeverWet Fabric should be applied outdoors, in a well ventilated area. Be cautious when applying, and do not wear the item during application. Spray the entire surface of the object being treated; ensuring the fabric is thoroughly coated without soaking. NeverWet Fabric dries in 4-8 hours, however for best repellency effects we recommend drying overnight before using. 4. How does Rust-Oleum NeverWet Fabric Work?
